How Vamp Wars separates public game identity from private account data

The shared realm contains public character information, but credentials, private messages, payment details, and security records are not published as profile content.

Effective July 12, 2026.

Information visible in the shared game world

Vamp Wars is a multiplayer role-playing game. Usernames, public profile images, character type, level, rank, location, selected statistics, achievements, rankings, public forum posts, house or group membership, item information, and recent activity status may be visible to visitors because these details form part of the shared game experience.

Do not use a username or profile image that reveals information you do not want associated with a public game profile. Public character pages are readable without login, although individual profile pages may be excluded from search indexing to reduce thin or unnecessary search results.

Account and technical information

Registration and account operation may involve an email address, password hash, session identifiers, login times, IP address, browser information, recovery records, support communications, moderation records, and security events. Passwords should be stored as one-way hashes and are not displayed to staff as readable account data.

Technical records are used to authenticate players, protect sessions, investigate abuse, enforce rules, diagnose errors, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, and maintain the service.

Private communications and support

Private messages, support tickets, staff notes, payment references, and account recovery details are not included on public pages. Authorized staff may review relevant records when necessary to respond to a report, protect players, enforce rules, or resolve a technical or payment issue.

Payments and optional purchases

When optional purchases or donations are available, payment providers process the sensitive payment credentials they request. Vamp Wars may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, payer contact information supplied by the provider, and fraud or dispute data needed to deliver and support the purchase. The site should not store complete card numbers or online-banking credentials.

Cookies and browser storage

An essential session cookie keeps players signed in and protects authenticated actions. Limited preference storage may remember interface choices. Additional analytics or advertising storage is described in the cookie notice.

Advertising and analytics

When advertising is enabled, Google and other approved providers may process device, cookie, advertising, and visit information to deliver, measure, secure, and report ads. Ads are intended only for substantial public content pages and are not intentionally placed beside combat controls, banking actions, private messages, login forms, recovery forms, or other sensitive interactions.

Consent requirements differ by location. Before personalized Google advertising is enabled for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Vamp Wars must use an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform. Privacy choices supplied by that platform will be presented when applicable.

Sharing and disclosure

Information may be shared with service providers that host, secure, deliver email, process payments, measure traffic, or serve approved advertising, but only for the services they provide. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service or its users, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to a valid legal request.

Vamp Wars does not publish private account credentials and does not treat player data as a list for sale to unrelated marketers.

Retention and security

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed to operate accounts, maintain game history, resolve disputes, enforce rules, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access controls, session protections, server validation, and limited public exposure reduce avoidable risk.

Your choices and requests

You may update available account fields through account settings, choose what optional public profile information to submit, log out to end the active session, and use browser controls for cookies and local storage. Privacy, correction, or deletion questions can be submitted through the contact page. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or preservation of multiplayer game history.

Children and age requirements

Players must meet the minimum age stated during registration and in the game rules. Do not submit a child’s personal information through public profiles, forums, or messages. Safety concerns should be reported promptly through support.
